You can either wait for the change or be the change.
Flipping through the various spectrums of our society all these years, we have become well acquainted with the negative folds we are living in. Scrutinizing the interior most puzzle we can visualize the scrambling of the whole system stature and how it is unfolding the youth in front of this mammoth piece of change enveloped with negative clouds along with various detailed queries existing.
Change is considered to be the most fricitoned task in our society as every individual specializes in blaming the other for the hurdle faced.We generally skip in pointing our own negatives and wait for the change to happen without any effort being inputted.
Such tasks will hardly produce results and it has been proven all over the years that until and unless we slip into our own shoes and start the walk or the CHANGE no answer is going to be produced for the development of our contemporary society or the future ambience.
Thousands of scribbled hurdles are existing in our living environment and thousands of opinion are showered upon us with no effective step carried on by every individual.Follwed up points will focus on the few major and the BASIC problems of the society and why we don’t aspire to march on with the change.
Every individual when steps into the most important aspect of life – Employment; then raises the innumerable high and low graphs of unskilled individual, zero practical experience, hindrance owing to language discrepancy – not being able to speak English fluently for obvious reasons, pay scale being stressfully pulled down & the most thought about Job Surety (which is completely lying void apparently). All these hindrances are produced by the root cause and that’s lack of proper scheduling of the educating syllabus and the perspective with which every individual is taught every subject.
In the prevailing circumstances we come across the primitive technique of educating a child, whereas for facing today’s rolling pebbles a child must be acquainted with the practical and tough requirements of the society as a server in a company or in a residential environment.
Where are the practical and the stern knowledge of the society and the required category for the companies produced in front of the students in a school or college??Who will raise this poster and demand a change??
The question arises that how many of them actually pounce on this very fact? Every youth has a bowed down head whenever such questions are thrown upon them but the truth is – no body bothers to accelerate their mind !
Knowledge and discipline are the two main horses on which our education system likes to ride upon, unknowingly that these rides are not enough for a child to participate in the forthcoming race. The term practical knowledge is a very pellucid yet a very weighted concept in this scenario. Along with the knowledge of the subjects shared by little minds the drops of these required practical knowledge ought to be given to them. The myth of achieving the basic degree for a low salaried job is still fixing the brains of these youths who are now facing the jeopardy of employment non-surety and no practical knowledge with respect to the workplace.
India being the knowledge economy of the future ; it represents in the most curled and insignificant ways of educating the masses.Understanding the myriad complexities prevailing because of the unresponsive government which does not neutralize the education stinginess which is getting concentrated with every youth being unemployed.
The real problem is the non affirmative action from the government as well as the education system that does not realize the importance of a structured and the only required syllabus being included which has to be initiated by us and not waiting in queue for anybody to solve it.They don’t realize the skimmed cream of few youth being employed in the desired field and the majority being extricated by the companies owing to the root causes. The foundation for building up a concrete educating system alongwith a uniform society with a solution to every problem lies beneath the minds of we youth who can design the term CHANGE in a true way.
Simultaneously,there are other problems where the victimized youth has also fallen in trap of the most heat-generating topic of reservation. This particular word has been able to churn up the whole education system into upside down for the fact that it’s a liberege to those who are considered to be backward classes in the society. Its an amazing scope for these classes to downpour their bowls with gifted employment opportunity and desired growth ; leaving the majority of them to stand and wave a goodbye to their dream career !
From the very onset of this nation the graph for education in women has been very low.Reasons are the orthodoxical thoughts and views of the society which is still prevailing around us and this act in turn sets a downfall in the education system on a majority and inreturn exhibits the stirring up of the employment negativities.
Our education system lacks the skill of employability in their course duration.The quality in education provided to the students are impractical on a major area and also it’s a downpour of the not required syllabus being included just for the knowledge purpose.The political umbrella on our nation has not yet covered the quality and unbiased education distribution amongst the myriad.If only had they been not involved in the characterization of each others political capability and power,they would have skilled India in total reformation of our system followed up with the social stability and flexible opportunities.There is a huge fissure between the system and the needs of the common people.This gap needs to be wrapped up by few specific techniques initiating from educating the youth till employing him with proper knowledge and opportunity.This task of filling up the huge fissure should be done by whom?We cant wait to receive an invitation for the development in such matters as these are the basements to build up a secure and fruitful society,without proper education and job facility how can a youth aspire to go for a change?? We ought to understand the fundamentals and then move on with a change.
The answer to this question lies within the intricate minds of the system runner ; we are the ones to locate the difficulty and spit it out in front of the society and blame the unbothered political caretaker of this whole system.What else we can do? Can we change the whole system understanding the needs by performing a street parade of few victimized youths with unresponsive banners?? These exhibitions have been displayed from a long time, resulting nothing but pain, agony and tears. The political perspective seems to be really hilarious in this context as they visualize such acts to be immature and not peaceful for the societies development ! These are the pages between the political minds and the common myriad which is turning on and off with time.These acts portray that we are just trying to ignite the minds of these system runners rather than camouflaging our own minds and performing something serious to get a sure change.We always cant blame the political mob as its we who desire a change and can opt to manipulate any negative happening with the myriad.
However, such practices are still being displayed to pour out agony and irritation , but with no result.So,there has to be some translation for a new peeled off system with a bridge that suffices the understanding between what should be given to the common people and how it is successful in building up the contemporary society.The day this bridge gets a new light the whole issue of correct system and change would be solved.(heavy thinking but nothing is impossible!).
India has over the years shown negligible rise in employing the youths.Apparently , a major part of the citizens are self employed where maximum are poor and the rest are involved in regular employment with only a thin majority involved in public sector.The stats portrays the overview of the employment skeleton in India which is ignited owing to lack of opportunity followed up with low practical experience or knowledge and required efficiency at workforce.Experiencing the hurdles of unemployment causes the fall of the economic stature of our country as well ; these are pre requisites for performing India as a globally economically stable country which is lying down in fragments as a jigsaw puzzle.The transition needs to lift up the these fragments and place them accordingly to achieve what we dream.No matter whatever is being promised currently is definitely not getting shown up and the common people are falling in the hands of disturbed society along with no structured policies for any problem faced by them on an everyday basis.
It feels so safe seated on a stable chair and pointing out figures on the display board and improvising decisions in a few hours in a so called MEETING !
At the other end the common people , the youth specifically who design their future in a particular field or stitches up a dream career is supposedly backstabbed by the employers stating out the market figures to them.
Now what ? Just a few second agitated look, and then the whole atmosphere tranquilizes ; whom does it affect the most ? The seated decision makers ? Or The shattered fragments of the common people’s moral and career ?
All the answers to such questions are acquainted to us in every aspect , though we settle down with such itchiness and await in queue for crafting our career in a different industry , only then we realize the thunder of such shocks when we in the queue are victimized.These random questions of unstability, unsurety, no systematic configuration of the system and employment requirement are the concrete remainders of such steps taken every day and night.
Education is the most important investment that government can make ; over the years this void space has been neglected for self reasons by the political characters and not given a hype for which our today is suffering and so will our future if this continues.In this increasingly globalised economy,knowledge and skills which are the key separators of nations and as individuals.An emphasis on education should act as a catalyst for the development of every youth and so will the country. Discussed earlier about the root cause, the sketch needs to be prepared from the change in the system by the common people staying out of the system. Involvement of the experiences which are generally and obviously faced in the workforce and by the myriad should be portrayed in the course of change alongwith the practical and obvious knowledge.
If any of us choose to relax back and enjoy the changing society to be lived in then possibly one needs to be awaited for long and long because for a change one individual will fall short who is supposedly sitting back and waiting for a change to happen.
If such a picture downpours in every youths mind then we should forget the term COMPLAIN.Rather enjoy the existing difficulties and scratch ourselves up with the non – structured system.
Inbibing all the basic facts mentioned above personally I would reframe a patterned educational system along with systematized job facilities which will henceforth ignite up the youth to stretch on the weighted term known as – THE CHANGE.
So,today one youth added up to the community of CHANGE.
